In April 2019, the Port of Camas-Washougal announced a partnership with RKm Development to develop a 26-acre waterfront property adjacent to the Port’s marina located in Washougal, WA. RKm Development was chosen through a public RFP process hosted by the Port.
With a project goal of designing for a current and future community of active, engaged, and vibrant citizens, the waterfront project will honor the natural beauty and history of the site.
Hyas Point broke ground on October 31, 2024 with Phase I, which includes the main street through the entire site and four mixed-use buildings with ground-floor commercial space and upper floors of multifamily living.
